I found the location convenient. It was super close to many popular tourist attractions. The staff assisted me with everything I needed, very kind. I will certainly come back because I really enjoyed it. The onsen bath was divine. It was a highlight after a long day.

I thought the room was somewhat small. There was no coffee machine in the room. Instead, there was one available in the lobby.

the hotel welcomes you with a beautiful entrance and the location is perfect, i could walk everywhere easily. the onsen area provided an aesthetic and relaxing experience, which i greatly enjoyed. the staff were helpful and very kind.

the bathroom fan was basically non-existent, and i was unable to open the windows. this made the room steamy and moist for quite a while, not ideal.
